Citizens Advice Taunton are an independent charity that provides free, confidential and impartial advice in over 200 languages for people who live and work in Taunton Deane.

St. Mary’s House has reopened, but due to Coronavirus our face-to-face service is reduced to Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10am to 1.30pm
Office appointments are by prior arrangement and only available if we have assessed there is no alternative.
We can still provide you with the advice you need if you make contact by telephone or online.

Research & Campaigns
We use our client’s experience, stories and evidence to research and campaign for positive change locally.
On a national level, we work with other Citizens Advice services across the charity’s network to campaign on nationally issues.
